Job Description
The role involves developing and maintaining server-based geospatial video and mission data solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, and supporting the deployment and testing of ArcGIS Video Server and Mission Server products for real-time video analysis and tactical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify user requirements and customer workflows through direct interaction with users and industry experts
- Define, prioritize, and manage software release goals, features, and enhancements
- Lead team meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release events
- Leverage server APIs and endpoints for issue verification and deployment
- Deploy and test server environments on Windows and Linux, including command-line and GUI tools
- Collaborate with product engineers, designers, and developers to develop software features
- Coordinate with video, raster, and imagery teams to ensure consistent workflows across the ArcGIS system
- Conduct product quality assurance and release readiness testing
- Design and author test cases, documentation, and blogs on new features
- Contribute to delivering high-quality software releases that meet user needs
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Esri products to include ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro
- Experience deploying server-based technology in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience administrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining server class systems in Windows and Linux based servers
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud native computing concepts and architectures
- Ability to test command-line and GUI-based tooling
- Demonstrated understanding in video, raster, and imagery-based workflows
- Ability to work closely with the team to build quality software in a constantly evolving environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), information technology, computer science, or a related field
- US citizen with the willingness to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance if required

Compensation/salary range: $92,144 - $153,920 USD
Work schedule: Twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, minimum of 80 hours of vacation leave
