Key Responsibilities
Become an ArcGIS Enterprise Business Analyst extension technical expert and collaborate with software developers, product engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to determine product quality and release readiness
Support the software product life cycle by contributing to software requirements definition, continuous improvement processes, UX design, testing, documentation, release, and support
Identify and track software issues, build reproducible QA scenarios and communicate test results
Craft product demonstrations, give presentations, create videos, blogs, and supporting materials that guide best practices for users
Triage and prioritize issues from customers, gather requirements from customers and evaluate new features for future releases
Support software migration and development across enterprise and highly scalable operating environments
Support development of multi-national, on-premise data packages and software components
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux. Working knowledge of Kubernetes
Understanding of the ArcGIS APIs and location services such as GeoEnrichment
Experience debugging web services and client applications with browser developer tools and tools such as Fiddler
Proven ability to work fast-paced team environment, but also self-driven to make a difference
Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, or related field
Experience with writing technical documentation
Knowledge of cloud technology such as Amazon Web Services
Familiarity with one or more ArcGIS scripting languages, automation tools (Python, Arcade, Pipelines ModelBuilder, Geoprocessing, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile software development and testing
Familiar with AI standards and protocols, including LLMs and agentic system standards
