Key Responsibilities
Be an instrumental part of our Digital Commerce Team that designs for both internal stakeholders and distributors around the world
Balance user-centered design principles with business goals to create exceptional user experiences that directly affect the bottom line
Synthesize creative briefs, wireframes, and internal feedback to design innovative web solutions that meet project objectives
Work with a team of expert Product Designers to grow your experience and enhance your skills
Collaborate with cross-functional team members such as UX designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs across a portfolio of Esri products and marketing campaigns
Stay up to date with new web design trends and technologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing web and mobile
2 years of experience designing ecommerce experiences, reflected in your portfolio
Strong skills with design software, including but not limited to Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with user research in all its forms, and a well-honed sense of what method is most appropriate to answer the questions at hand
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative Agile team, listen effectively, and respect others while offering and receiving constructive feedback
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and presenting to large audiences

Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, information science, or another related design discipline
