Job Description
A Product Designer at Esri's Creative Lab will develop user-centered web and mobile ecommerce designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital experiences that enhance Esri's location-based technology and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design on-brand visuals for Esri's online store and digital commerce platform
- Create user-centered web solutions by synthesizing creative briefs, wireframes, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders
- Balance user experience principles with business goals to enhance digital experiences
- Stay updated on web design trends and technologies to inform design practices
Requirements
- 5 years of experience designing web and mobile experiences
- 2 years of experience designing ecommerce experiences, reflected in your portfolio
- Strong skills with design software, including but not limited to Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with user research in all its forms, and a well-honed sense of what method is most appropriate to answer the questions at hand
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative Agile team, listen effectively, and respect others while offering and receiving constructive feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and presenting to large audiences
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, elegant design solutions, and measurable impact
- Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, information science, or another related design discipline
