Job Description

A performance-driven marketing role focused on supporting the development, activation, and optimization of creative assets across multiple digital channels to achieve awareness, engagement, and demand goals. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with buyer journeys, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of buyer-aligned paid media and email creative to meet awareness, engagement, and demand goals
  • Develop channel creative briefs detailing audience segments, value propositions, CTAs, offer approaches, asset formats, and success metrics
  • Translate activation plans into specific creative requirements and execution inputs for various channels
  • Coordinate asset production, maintain timelines, and support timely deployment across platforms
  • Monitor and optimize in-market campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and recommending adjustments
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, analytics teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in creative efforts
  • Document campaign learnings and best practices to improve future activation and performance

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or performance driven creative roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting paid media, email marketing, and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret activation and channel level performance signals and translate them into actionable creative recommendations.
  • Proven experience collaborating with strategists, creatives, analytics partners, and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Occasional travel may be required up to 20%, with travel needs that may vary based on business requirements.
