Job Description
This role involves managing corporate income taxes for affiliates, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory deadlines, and supporting international tax planning and reporting efforts. The position requires analyzing tax information, liaising with CPA firms, and maintaining knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret information to accurately report the company's tax position
- Liaise with CPA firms to prepare timely and accurate tax filings for all entities
- Research tax laws and rulings as necessary
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Explore and implement technology solutions to improve tax processes and accuracy
- Support financial audits related to tax matters
- Manage tax audits and notices
- Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of tax experience including working knowledge of tax law and codes
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to develop ad hoc and standard reporting

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or in a related field with an Accounting Certificate
- Active or in-progress CPA certification
