Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, manage change, and improve talent management and performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Address employee relations issues, provide conflict resolution guidance, and collaborate on investigations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead change initiatives, support organizational transformation, and communicate changes effectively to employees.
- Design and execute talent management and performance programs, analyze performance data, and coach managers on feedback.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR expertise to align talent practices with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar role, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong business acumen to drive organizational success.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse perspectives and achieve consensus.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics to inform business strategies and improve outcomes.
- Expertise in change management, with experience guiding teams through transitions and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations including ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or communications.
- Ability to proactively address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, participate in and lead key meetings with business leaders and HR teams, and interpret business needs to identify talent priorities.
