Job Description
A senior geospatial technology professional responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of enterprise GIS solutions, leading projects, developing business opportunities, and translating customer needs into technical strategies across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Manage complex projects and programs throughout their lifecycle
- Support customers in developing long-term strategies leveraging location intelligence
- Implement and support Esri software solutions across various industries
- Foster community engagement among customers, partners, and distributors
- Lead project teams in requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, and implementation
- Create and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables
- Establish and expand relationships with clients and partners to drive solutions
- Develop proposals, win new work, and prepare technical and business solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of experience supporting the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise geospatial technology including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Platform
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to technical peers, project managers, and customers
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical solutions
- Professional experience winning new work in collaboration with sales and business development teams, including proposal management experience preparing executive summaries, solution definition, scope of work, staffing, and pricing
- Experience leveraging Esri’s software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn

- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, information systems, environmental science, natural resources, forestry, or a related STEM field
