Job Description
This role involves working closely with clients to develop and implement geospatial solutions using Esri's GIS technology, with a focus on supporting maritime charting and hydrographic data management for national and international organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define geospatial solutions and oversee their implementation for clients
- Lead all project phases including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, and deployment
- Translate customer business goals into practical GIS technology solutions
- Support maritime clients with hydrographic data management, feature data production, quality control, and nautical charting workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business opportunities and shape product development
- Manage project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and risks
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience leading and managing IT based projects
- Experience supporting maritime customers and knowledge of maritime products and specifications including S-57 and S-100
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer s business goals, objectives and strategies into solutions
- Ability to gather requirements, develop project plans, estimate levels of effort, manage project budgets and schedules
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers or customers
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn
- Applicants selected will be subjected to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including a Top Secret clearance (TS) or Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance (TS SCI)
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, information systems, environmental science, natural resources, or a related STEM field

Base salary range of $104,000 to $177,840 USD
