Job Description
This position involves leading consulting and project management efforts to help organizations utilize location intelligence effectively, particularly within Federal Health and Sciences sectors. The role includes managing project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategies for implementing geospatial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable customer success and maintain Esri technology through successful project execution
- Act as the liaison between Professional Services and customers for project requirements
- Develop estimates and proposals for new opportunities
- Manage project cost, scope, and schedule
- Lead a team of configuration engineers, software developers, and system engineers
- Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions for implementation
- Collaborate with practice managers and sales teams to develop new business
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a similar position, leading and managing IT based projects.
- Professional experience leveraging GIS software capabilities, including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management and developer APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s business goals, objectives and strategies into technical solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Information Systems, Earth Science, Social Science or a STEM related field.

Base salary range of 93,600 - 187,200 USD
