Job Description
A performance-driven marketing role focused on supporting the development, activation, and optimization of creative assets across digital channels to achieve awareness, engagement, and demand goals. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with buyer journeys, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of buyer-aligned paid media and email creative to meet awareness, engagement, and demand goals
- Develop channel creative briefs detailing audience segments, value propositions, CTAs, asset formats, and success metrics
- Translate activation plans into channel-specific creative requirements and execution inputs
- Coordinate asset production, maintain timelines, and support timely deployment across platforms
- Monitor and optimize in-market campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and recommending adjustments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and alignment with activation strategies
- Document campaign learnings and best practices to improve future performance and speed to launch
- Share performance insights with strategists to inform ongoing activation efforts
- Stay current on industry creative best practices and apply relevant insights to campaign activation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or performance driven creative roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting paid media, email marketing, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Ability to interpret activation and channel level performance signals and translate them into actionable creative recommendations.
- Proven experience collaborating with strategists, creatives, analytics partners, and cross functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Occasional travel may be required up to 20%, with travel needs potentially varying based on business requirements.
