Job Description
A senior marketing professional at Esri is responsible for developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive demand creation and audience engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels and verticals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and messaging.
- Analyze marketing data and utilize reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize digital experiences.
- Create and personalize marketing content, including assets and sales enablement materials.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging for automated campaigns and advertising efforts.
- Stay informed on emerging digital technologies and strategies to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop resources and deliverables that support campaign success.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while solving diverse problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in channel marketing.
- Previous experience with complex integrated and digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success working on multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage projects and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Base salary range of $83,200 to $135,200 USD
