Job Description
A Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Esri will support and optimize the customer data platform and marketing automation platform by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring effective end-user training and process updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation platform (MAP).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize requirements, create process models, evaluate solutions, and design business processes and training.
- Generate and update analysis artifacts such as gap analysis, business requirements, use cases, business rules, process models, test cases, and user stories.
- Participate autonomously in multiple concurrent initiatives, including quality assurance, integration, and acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a business systems analyst supporting mission-critical business applications.
- Experience working as part of a scrum team in an agile environment as a business systems analyst, product owner, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a process-driven approach and a background in utilizing various methods for requirement discovery.
- Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from staff members at all levels across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to driving consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and management.
- Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, as well as writing and executing test plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
