Job Description
The job involves collaborating with various teams to support the development of a subscription management system for Esri products, focusing on gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating product licensing and provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Development, Customer Service, and stakeholders for Esri software licensing.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and workflow studies.
- Assess research findings, identify conflicts, and extract key insights from detailed information.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize requirements and design business processes.
- Generate and update analysis artifacts including gap analysis, business requirements, and test cases.
- Understand product licensing rules and translate them into tasks for the development team.
- Participate in multiple concurrent initiatives effectively and autonomously.
- Collaborate on quality assurance, integration, and acceptance testing.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst supporting mission-critical business applications.
- Possess strong analytical skills with a process-driven approach and a background in utilizing various methods for requirement discovery.
- Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from staff members at all levels across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability driving consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and management.
- Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, as well as writing and executing test plans.
- Willing and available to actively participate in team rotation schedule for scheduled evening product releases.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related STEM field.

Base salary range: 72,800 - 135,200 USD
