Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst responsible for driving strategic enterprise initiatives, eliciting and documenting business requirements, leading process improvements, and developing the business analysis practice within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions
- Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements using various techniques
- Create and maintain analysis artifacts such as user stories, process diagrams, and test cases
- Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and translate requirements into acceptance criteria
- Support QA and User Acceptance Testing to verify solutions meet requirements
- Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Mentor and coach other business analysts to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Five (5) years of direct experience as a business analyst, preferably in an enterprise or IT setting.
- Familiarity with the IIBA Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) and its Agile Extension.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis frameworks, requirements management, and process improvement.
- Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority, driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, and in creating business analysis artifacts such as use cases, user stories, and business rules.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Base salary range of $72,800 to $135,200 USD
