Job Description
A Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile processes, coordinating team activities, tracking metrics, and supporting the delivery of technical solutions within a customer entitlement management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos
- Track and communicate Scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint progress
- Coordinate Release and Change Management activities
- Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum principles and make tough decisions when necessary
- Help product owner establish and enforce sprint priorities and deadlines
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency
- Coordinate activities between Customer Entitlement Management and interdependent teams
- Support team building, development, and self-organization
- Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution, and foster a feedback culture
- Ensure proper tracking, monitoring, alerts, and responses in production environments
Requirements
- Five years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the processes and procedures associated with it
- Be an Agile enthusiast and an experienced Scrum Master
- Knowledge of iterative and incremental development and the value of metrics
- Understanding the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understanding backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Technically strong to enable engagement in development meetings and discussions
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
