Job Description
A project management role leading the implementation of maritime GIS solutions for government and intelligence clients, overseeing project scope, schedule, and team coordination to deliver impactful geospatial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams through all phases of project implementation including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build configuration, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to deliver solutions to customers and strategic partners.
- Act as liaison between Professional Services and customers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage a team of maritime subject matter experts, software developers, and consultants supporting maritime clients and systems.
- Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions; assist customers with implementation and migration planning.
- Collaborate with practice managers, marketing, and sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Professional experience leading and managing IT-based projects.
- Experience supporting maritime customers and knowledge of maritime products and specifications including S-57 and S-100.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and translate customers' business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to both technical peers and non-technical peers or customers.
- Entrepreneurial attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- U.S. citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, or a related field.

Estimated base salary range of $82,160 to $138,320 USD
