Project Manager II

• Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports; be able to motivate action to complete project tasks on-time • Design and develop project work plans, ensure project deliverables, and work efforts remain within scope • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and effectively summarize status to senior management • Monitor project health and respond to identified risks • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions • Communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting • Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving • Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs • Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $70,304 — $114,400 USD
