Job Description
A project manager responsible for leading and coordinating technical and non-technical projects, such as process improvements and Business Intelligence initiatives within the Finance and Accounting team, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical and non-technical projects, including business process improvements and Business Intelligence initiatives for Finance and Accounting.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional resources to complete project tasks on time.
- Design and develop project work plans, ensuring deliverables stay within scope and timeline.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and summarize project status for senior management.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and respond accordingly.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and strategic plans to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting.
- Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving.
- Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or a related field.
