Job Description
A software testing role focused on developing and executing automated and manual tests for Esri's ArcGIS platform, ensuring product quality and functionality across GIS data management and services, while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to improve software reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and author test cases in collaboration with software and product engineers
- Test ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise functionalities related to Data Management and data services
- Assess product quality and release readiness
- Identify, troubleshoot, and reproduce product issues and bugs
- Develop and execute test strategies and test cases for functional requirements
- Monitor, analyze, and share test results with the team
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software testing experience.
- Experience using an application development language, such as C , Java or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning and building software products.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, geography, GIS, mathematics, or a related field.
