Job Description

A Product Marketing Manager at Esri is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and expand the company's spatial analytics software and AI capabilities, working cross-functionally to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales in both new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Esri's products
  • Lead communication strategies for product updates and lifecycle changes
  • Create positioning and messaging based on user and buyer personas
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, releases, and multi-channel enablement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
  • Create content such as web pages, case studies, and videos to support customer engagement
  • Work with product management and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop sales enablement materials for internal education and awareness
  • Provide insights into competitive capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure product performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product, industry, or corporate marketing communications, business development, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Proven verbal and written communications skills with the ability to understand and effectively convey technical information in a non-technical manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with current marketing software, systems, and tools.
  • Understanding of common marketing concepts and best practices with experience in applying that knowledge strategically and tactically.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with experience in successfully leading programs or highly visible projects.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and task-oriented.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadership.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for strategic meetings, events, and/or tradeshows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
