Job Description
This role involves providing business support to Esri's Training Services team by analyzing financial data, managing contracts, and improving processes to ensure profitability and compliance, while collaborating with leadership and internal teams to support product and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Training Services team with business operations and strategic initiatives
- Analyze pricing, revenue, costs, and processes to ensure profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to leadership
- Negotiate, administer, and enforce agreements with customers, partners, and vendors
- Identify and resolve business-related issues and stakeholder concerns
- Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- Manage Training Services products on the GSA schedule and ensure contract compliance
- Verify revenue billing and receipt processes
- Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure successful workflows and processes
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience supporting business operations in areas such as revenue accounting and recognition, risk management, contract review and negotiations, and or process improvement.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to build consensus with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to use influence to lead people and projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
