Job Description
This role involves providing hardware support, managing computer equipment and inventory, assisting with office moves, and ensuring proper asset tracking in a fast-paced environment at Esri's Redlands headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware setup and teardown
- Assist with employee office moves related to computer equipment
- Track and reassign computer assets to employees
- Handle equipment and inventory related to employee separations
- Inventory computer hardware within a warehouse on a weekly cycle
Requirements
- 1 year of related experience in hardware support or similar field
- Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Display a detail-oriented approach to work
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
- Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
