Job Description
A Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for executing, optimizing, and supporting marketing automation campaigns, forms, and workflows to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing efficiency within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing automation tactics by building campaigns, lists, and form completion actions.
- Design, maintain, and optimize web forms and form handlers to support marketing and transactional use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure automation efforts are integrated and aligned with marketing systems.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics for automation programs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay current on marketing automation standards, privacy requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Support marketing automation with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B tech companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Capable of creative problem solving.
- Experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation administration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 10%, with travel needs potentially varying based on business requirements.

Compensation/salary range: $73,528 - $114,608 USD
