Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence professionals
Engage with leadership to understand reporting and analysis needs
Oversee the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
Collaborate with technology teams to develop data strategies and coordinate BI projects
Communicate work progress and deliverables to stakeholders
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective team management and project delivery
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to engage and inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information clearly to various stakeholders
Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and drive the design and delivery of visually appealing information products that influence decision making activities
A proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, showcasing a commitment to ongoing operational excellence
Proficiency working with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
