Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the infrastructure market, focusing on content creation, event management, analytics, and community building to increase revenue, market presence, and customer engagement for Esri's GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase revenue and market share.
- Create marketing content and assets, including messaging, print collateral, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Manage and contribute to events and webinars, including content creation, logistics, and community engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and leveraging analytics to optimize efforts.
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities, segment audiences, run campaigns, and publish content.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and industry influencers to understand needs and promote Esri solutions.
- Foster a vibrant user community through activities such as user groups, meetups, online forums, and events.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Highly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.
- Time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
