Job Description
A human resources professional responsible for partnering with leadership to implement talent management strategies, support recruitment, foster employee relations, and drive organizational change to enhance workforce performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to implement change, influence talent management, and improve employee experience
- Design and lead equitable talent management, workforce planning, retention, and organizational design practices
- Support full-cycle recruitment to fill high-priority positions and ensure diverse team building
- Advise leadership on coaching, change management, and career development strategies
- Develop and implement programs such as onboarding, career pathing, and leadership development
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead meetings to interpret business needs and identify talent priorities
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and mitigate legal risks
- Stay informed on market trends and recommend strategic HR changes
- Leverage analytics and employee feedback to identify training and workforce development opportunities
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar human resources position or supporting similar HR generalist responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work proactively and help build systemic processes and methods in all areas of human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse perspectives and achieve consensus.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging analytics to inform business strategies and improve outcomes.
- Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, wage and hour laws, and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
- Ability to support full-cycle recruitment, including supporting efforts to fill high-priority, high-impact positions.
- Ability to proactively manage and resolve employee relations and mitigate legal risk.
- Ability to provide guidance to business leaders on coaching, change management, and career development.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, interpret business needs, and identify talent priorities.
- Ability to leverage project management skills to identify opportunities and suggest creative solutions to improve results.
- Willingness to solicit and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for training, skill acquisition, and workforce advancement.
