Job Description
This role involves building relationships with clients in the AEC industry to promote and implement Esri's geospatial technology solutions, managing account strategies, and driving business growth through sales and consulting efforts within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders.
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and articulate the value of Esri technology.
- Execute account management and sales processes to secure opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement account strategies.
- Research industry trends and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
