Job Description
The Financial Analyst in our corporate development team is responsible for monitoring international distribution network performance, conducting financial analysis for acquisitions and divestitures, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting due diligence and contractual activities to aid corporate growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of international investments and prepare regular financial reports
- Assist in valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Coordinate activities related to drafting, renewing, and monitoring contractual agreements
- Conduct fact-based analysis to address business objectives and solve complex problems
- Maintain and update systems tracking acquisition activity and key financial information
Requirements
- Two years of prior experience or relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Experience with budgeting and planning methodologies and tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting financial statements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field.
