Job Description

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and trade shows to deliver exceptional experiences for users, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences from start to finish
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and ensure seamless event operations
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful events
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of event planning and execution
Adapt to unexpected circumstances and problem-solve to address challenges during events
Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively prepare for upcoming event requirements
Stay informed on industry trends and contribute creative ideas to improve event experiences

Requirements

Three years of experience working in events, or the hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
Experience providing deliverables on time against deadlines
Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external partners
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Workfront
Previous use of events management software such as Exhibit Force and Rainfocus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality management, or related field
Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%, with travel needs that may vary based on business requirements
