Digital Asset Specialist

• Apply and maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and taxonomies to ensure digital assets are organized, searchable, and consistent across AEM and Workfront • Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including ingestion, organization, distribution, publishing, and archiving, ensuring accessibility at all stages • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to support timely asset delivery and provide guidance on best practices • Conduct audits and updates to maintain data integrity, rights management, compliance, and alignment with evolving taxonomy standards, including legacy content • Support reporting and analytics by improving metadata quality, exporting data, and contributing to Power BI dashboards and insights

• 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or related discipline • Strong understanding of information science principles, including metadata standards, taxonomy development, file naming conventions, and asset organization • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Power BI, and content management systems • Familiarity with digital file formats that are commonly used in creative and design workflows • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams • Bachelor’s degree in library and information science, archival studies, or a related field • Proficient in macOS • Proficient in Microsoft 365 • Experience working with creative departments #LI-DK1 #LI-Onsite

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $70,304 — $93,600 USD
