This position involves providing administrative support to the Customer Service team, managing customer data and orders, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient customer service and team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Customer Service team members
Manage high volume of incoming email correspondence and process customer data updates
Generate sales orders accurately and promptly to support internal teams and events
Develop understanding of Support team roles to provide effective back-up coverage
Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in training and development
Requirements
One year of experience working in a professional office environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent
