Job Description
This position provides administrative support to the Customer Service team, handling customer correspondence, order processing, and cross-training in various support functions to ensure efficient service and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Customer Service team members
- Manage high volume of incoming email correspondence and process customer data updates
- Generate sales orders promptly and accurately to support internal events and teams
- Develop understanding of Support team roles to provide effective backup coverage
- Participate in training and development to support company growth and continuous improvement
Requirements
- One year of experience working in a professional office environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Outlook, with bonus points for Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
