The Business Analyst will support the release and operational processes of Esri's ArcGIS products by managing workflows, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality software delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and execute tasks related to product programs in internal business systems such as SAP and Salesforce
Plan and coordinate the timely and accurate release of software deliverables
Evaluate operational requirements and translate them into use cases, user stories, and detailed tasks
Participate in product and program releases, providing reports on download and license usage
Produce project artifacts including documentation, workflows, and data visuals related to software releases
Own and improve processes for executing tasks within SAP, Salesforce, and other systems
Analyze internal business processes, solve complex problems, and optimize approaches to enhance customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support release activities
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly scheduled environment.
Must be detail oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods.
Demonstrated experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.
Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to independently analyze internal business processes, solve complex problems, and optimize existing approaches to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
