Job Description
This role involves managing projects and applications on the Salesforce platform, leading technical teams, and serving as a business relationship manager to support organizational needs through agile development and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for executives and senior managers.
- Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions in Salesforce and related applications.
- Ensure teams adhere to processes and utilize tools effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage staff including career development and resource planning.
- Communicate with stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels.
- Manage relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and partners.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance.
- Experience in an agile application development environment.
- Previous experience leading a technical team.
- Willingness to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams.
- Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman's terms to non-technical participants.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
