Job Description
A project and application manager responsible for overseeing Salesforce platform projects, leading technical teams, managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to support the company's global mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for executives and senior managers.
- Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions within Salesforce and other Salesforce-based applications.
- Ensure teams adhere to processes and utilize tools effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage staff including career development and resource planning.
- Communicate with stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels.
- Manage relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and partners.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance.
- Experience in an agile application development environment.
- Previous experience leading a technical team.
- Willingness to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams.
- Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman's terms to non-technical participants.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
