Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for water organizations, with a focus on account management, sales, and customer support within the GIS and water industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for water organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to the water industry.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the water industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Compensation/salary range: $72,800 - $131,040 USD
