Job Description
This role involves managing and growing relationships with nonprofit and NGO clients by leveraging geospatial technology, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their missions through account management, sales, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for nonprofit organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, sector knowledge, and business drivers to tailor GIS solutions
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology through solution selling and visual storytelling
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote Esri solutions
Requirements
- Three years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the nonprofit sector and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
