A role focused on leveraging geospatial technology and natural resources expertise to build customer relationships, develop strategic solutions, and drive sales within the natural resources industry for Esri.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to natural resources
Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
Research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
Demonstrated knowledge of natural resources and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
