Job Description
This role involves managing and growing customer relationships in the infrastructure sector by leveraging GIS technology, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to clients in industries such as electric, gas, telecom, and rail. The position requires a combination of sales, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to support customer success and expand Esri's technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate GIS value
- Execute account management and sales processes to close opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri technology
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
