Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive sales within the airports industry, supporting customers in optimizing their use of Esri's GIS solutions and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with airport organizations and develop location strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge and relevance of GIS to airport operations.
- Identify key stakeholders, understand customer needs, and use solution selling techniques.
- Articulate the value of Esri technology related to the airports industry.
- Conduct research and professional development to anticipate customer needs and industry trends.
- Execute account management and sales processes to close opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Airport Operations or management, new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
