Accessibility Web Developer II – ArcGIS Enterprise

• Address accessibility issues found by external and internal testers • Proactively support the development of more accessible web applications and UI modules throughout the product • Collaborate with development team to share knowledge of accessibility development and testing practices • Apply good software design and development practices in daily activities • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• 2+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering web applications • Experience using and developing applications with JavaScript toolkits and UI frameworks/libraries (such as React, Vue, Angular, jQuery, Dojo, and more) • Extensive experience with HTML, DOM, CSS, event model, and cross-browser development • Experience with JSON and REST • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills • Ability to work independently and in groups to effectively participate in the software development life cycle • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, GIS, or related field • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements and ARIA patterns • Understanding of keyboard and screen reader accessibility • Experience remediating accessibility issues found in product audits #LI-TA1 #LI-Onsite

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $101,192 — $167,336 USD
