Job Description
The Wetlands 404 Expert will support federal and state clients in implementing all aspects of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, providing technical expertise in wetlands regulation and development of related programs within a multidisciplinary consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist federal and state clients in implementing all aspects of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
- Support the development of similar state programs for non-Waters of the United States.
- Provide expertise and guidance on wetlands regulatory compliance and permitting processes.
Requirements
- Assist federal and state clients in implementing all aspects of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, including potentially developing similar state programs for non-Waters of the United States.
- Highly motivated individual with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge related to wetlands and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, including regulatory implementation and support.
