Job Description
The Space Planner will perform occupancy space planning, design, and optimization tasks for existing and planned spaces at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, including temporary arrangements during renovations, requiring surveying, developing, and updating space plans in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform occupancy space planning, design, and optimization for existing and planned spaces at NSF Indian Head.
- Survey, develop, and update occupancy space plans.
- Support temporary space arrangements during renovation projects.
Requirements
- The qualified individual must have mid- to senior-level experience in space planning, design, and optimization tasks related to occupancy space planning at a federal facility.
- The candidate must be capable of surveying, developing, and updating occupancy space plans for existing and planned spaces at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head.
- The individual must have the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a full-time position at NSF Indian Head, Maryland.
