Job Description
A Software Simulation Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and engineering support for mission-critical test and simulation programs supporting the U.S. Navy at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Indian Head, MD.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and engineering support for mission-critical test and simulation programs supporting the U.S. Navy
- Develop, implement, and analyze software simulations related to naval systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and improve simulation models and tools
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical expertise and engineering support at the Naval Surface Warfare Center NSWC Indian Head Division.
- Contribute to mission-critical test and simulation programs supporting the U.S. Navy.
- This position requires full-time onsite work at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, MD.
- Possess the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with a focus on engineering and simulation tasks.
