Job Description
The Senior Testing Engineer will lead and perform testing operations for energetic materials and systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and analysis within a high-stakes environment at a federal site. The role requires expertise in engineering testing, energetics, and explosives safety regulations.

Requirements
- The candidate must have a strong background in engineering testing and analysis of energetics, with a deep understanding of explosives safety regulations, laboratory operations, and compliance within a high-stakes environment.
- The candidate must have the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must be highly motivated and capable of leading testing operations for energetic materials and systems.
- The candidate must have experience leading testing operations for energetic materials and systems, including laboratory testing and analysis related to energetics.
- The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of explosives safety regulations applicable to energetic materials testing.
- The candidate must have experience with laboratory operations, including safety, compliance, and testing procedures for energetic materials.
- The candidate must be able to work at a federal site in Indian Head, MD, and support interaction with ERG personnel at the federal site, as well as from ERG’s Fairfax and Arlington offices.
- The candidate must have the ability to perform and communicate testing results effectively in a high-stakes environment.
