Job Description
The position involves independently developing mechanical designs for renovations and upgrades of existing buildings at a federal site, with a focus on supporting operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- The candidate must have experience supporting operations and maintenance of building mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
- The candidate must have the ability to independently develop mechanical designs for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings at a federal site.
- The candidate must have a minimum of several years of relevant experience supporting mechanical systems in a building or infrastructure environment (specific years not explicitly stated, but implied by 'experienced mechanical engineer').
