Job Description
The position involves supporting quality management in an ISO 9001:2015 compliant manufacturing environment by performing quality control, auditing, documentation review, data management, and problem solving, while collaborating with government and contractor teams to meet technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality management in an ISO 9001 2015 compliant manufacturing environment
- Guide and assist with quality control, auditing, and oversight
- Develop and review quality documentation
- Assess production readiness
- Conduct area and process-specific quality data management and reporting
- Perform problem solving related to quality issues
- Design and implement strategies and initiatives to meet client goals
- Collaborate across departments to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
- Develop understanding of processes and practices related to quality and safety
Requirements
- Support quality management in an ISO 9001 2015 compliant manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with government and contractor employees to meet all technical and local quality requirements.
- Guide and assist with quality control, auditing, and oversight activities.
- Develop and review quality documentation.
- Assess production readiness.
- Conduct area and process-specific quality data management and reporting.
- Perform problem solving related to quality issues.
- Design and implement strategies and team initiatives to meet the federal client’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Manage multiple efforts simultaneously while collaborating on ideas and resources within and across departments.
- Develop an understanding of processes and practices closely related to quality and safety.
- Be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess experience as an engineer or scientist supporting quality management in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 2015 quality standards and practices.
- Be able to work full-time at the federal site in McAlester, Oklahoma.
- Possess the ability to interact with and support ERG personnel and other stakeholders at the federal site.
