A Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for leading and overseeing complex manufacturing operations in energetic materials production, ensuring safety, process improvement, and quality control within a federal site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex manufacturing operations within energetic materials production environment
- Ensure compliance with explosives safety regulations
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and safety
- Maintain quality control standards across manufacturing processes
- Provide leadership and direction to manufacturing team members
