Job Description
A research scientist responsible for managing air quality monitoring projects, designing and building sampling equipment, and analyzing air-related data, with opportunities for site travel and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and tasks related to air quality measurements and monitoring
- Engineer, design, build, test, and utilize equipment for air sampling and monitoring
- Write work plans, quality assurance project plans, health and safety plans, and reports
Requirements
- The individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must have the capability to engineer, design, build, test, and utilize equipment for air sampling and monitoring.
- The candidate must be able to write work plans, quality assurance project plans, health and safety plans, and reports for work being performed by ERG.
- Mechanical and fabrication skills are essential to this role.
- Travel to sites for air-related sampling and monitoring will be at most twenty-five to thirty percent.
